Your company did an excellent job. I booked you only for the private minivan service from San Jose to Arenal, to Monteverde, to Manual Antonio and back to San Jose. Every drive was extremely punctual, friendly and willing to answer questions. They stopped for us to take photos, get a snack and to stretch our legs. I was a little nervous depending on someone that is in another country for my transportation. However i now realize that i had nothing to worry about. I would highly recommend your company for transporation any day of the week. Nancy thank you again for your customer service. It is nice to know that at least one company out there gets it!!!

We had a fabulous time in Costa Rica. We booked a MonteVerde Cloud Forest sky trek, all travel arrangements, hike to Arenal and Hot Springs through Costa Rica Travel and Comfort. Every driver was so polite and drove very well. They were all on time. Nancy did an amazing job at emailing me back in a timely manner and answering all of my questions. We will definately use you guys again when we come back to your country. Thanks for making our honeymoon unforgettable.

I have traveled to Africa, Asia, and the Middle East and dealt with many travel agents. Nancy was by far the most helpful and such a pleasure to work with. My luggage was lost by my airline and she had it delivered with no problem while in a very remote location of the country. She assisted me while I was in country with any problems I ran into. With her help I never missed a beat on my vacation. Costa Rica is a beautiful country filled with beautiful people, amazing wildlife and exhilerating landscapes. I look forward to my next visit and hope anyone taking the same trip can attain the cultural value I did.

All of the drivers were wonderful. One did not speak English but still managed to point out things everywhere for us that were interesting! Like all the things that grow there, every town we were passing, banana trees, and sugar cane fields. He was great! They got us there safe and sound and in a timely manner and let us stop and eat and get souviners too. Thanks so much for all your help with our transfers......

We had a wonderful trip which would not have half as nice without Nancy`s help with the planning. El Velero was right on the beach, small, comfortable and filled with great people. Service to and from airport and San Jose was perfect and hotel (Adventure Inn) was a lovely room, comfortable beds, good food and very nice people. Our stay was so good we are coming back for a month in the fall to see more of the country.

The service was amazing, we were picked up and dropped off at the door. We changed our itinerary without a problem. They were able to get us anywhere we wanted at a fraction of the prices I found anywhere else. Our shuttles were always prompt, clean, and air conditionned. Nancy was great, she was very caring. I definitely recommend booking your shuttle services through www.travelandcomfort.com , it sure beats driving in Costa Rica. Thank you for making our vacation so amazing!
